In the meat of the episode, I discuss Vector Solutions.  This is a K12 "professional development" video series that is mandatory watching within many K12 schools districts on a year in, year out basis.  The bias toward white males, as being the lead victimizers in endless situations within schools (both student and teacher), is blatant and repetitive.  Audio is played and examples are discussed.
